PAINT
NOTE:  The two main Paint patterns are tobiano and frame overo (these and tovero are the only ones on this page).  Two tobianos cannot produce a frame overo, and vice versa.   Toveros (which are a combination of both patterns) can produce either pattern when bred to either or a solid.  For further information on Paint patterns see The Colorful World of Paints and Pintos by Janet Piercy and Dr. Sponenberg's Explanation of Pinto Patterns for the APHA
Please choose at least one parent of the same pattern as foal; best is two of the same pattern or one and a solid. Also be sure to make sure that the parents' base colors (bay, sorrel, black, etc) are correct for the foal's base color.
All of my horses may produce breeding-stock solid-colored foals.
